EMPLOYEE REFERRAL INCENTIVE

Our company appreciates everyone’s hard work and dedication. We would not grow as we have without our employee’s skills and commitment to excellence. With this in mind, our referral program is a way to encourage our employees to refer potential candidates for job opportunities with our company.

Guidelines for referral bonus:

1. Referral bonuses will only be provided for full time or part time positions. Temporary positions will not qualify for bonuses.
2. All applicants are eligible, except current employees of the company.
3. The referring employee’s name must show on the submitted application.
4. The referring employee must complete the Employee Referral Form.
5. Referral bonus of $100 may be assigned in a form of cash or gift card if the referred candidate is hired. The incentive will be decided by the Human Resources department, it may vary from time to time.
6. In order to receive the incentive, the referring employee must be on payroll. Independent contractors are excluded from this program.
7. There is no limit on the number of referral incentives employees may receive.
