Understanding Product Turnaround

standard turnaround
Ideal for those seeking great results at the most economical rate, we complete your project within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring high-quality work without overspending. If you plan ahead and want to save, this is the perfect choice for you.
rush turnaround
Need your project sooner? Our Rush Turnaround is the perfect option. With only a 15-20% price increase, we can reduce production time by half for nearly all the products. The average rush turnaround time is between 2-4 business days.
Express
When you needed it yesterday, we offer a special turnaround called Express, which means "as fast as humanly possible under current circumstances." For many products, this can mean Same Day service. For more complex projects, such as packaging that typically requires 7-10 business days, we can cut this time in ½.
Know Your Production Cut-Off Time
If a job requires proof and is approved before 4PM (PST), it will enter production the same day. If the job is submitted with "No Proof Needed" by 4PM (PST) and it is paid, it will be considered approved and will go to production the same day. If the job is submitted after 4PM (PST), it will go to production the next day.

Shipping Your Order?
The first day of shipping is counted from the day after your order has been shipped. For example, if your order ships on Monday and you select 2-day shipping, it should arrive on Wednesday. If you select shipping, we will dispatch your order by 5PM (PST) on the estimated completion date of your order.
Picking-Up Your Order?
If you have chosen to pick up your order, it will be available after 5PM (PST) at our main location in Glendale. If you need to pick up earlier, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Need Delivery?
We are pleased to offer local delivery for your order. To ensure a successful and timely delivery, please arrange it with our dispatch team at hello@axiomprint.com with details and specific instructions. The latest you can schedule a delivery is 24 hours before your order's completion date.

Turnaround: Exceptions and Exclusions
Please note that the turnaround times we provide are for production and shipping. Additional requests such as special packaging, fulfillment services, installation, mailing, or other special requirements may extend your product turnaround time. Speak to your assigned representative for additional accommodation and requirements.
Print production details
The shipping time frames provided are separate from the production time frame of your order. To have a more accurate delivery estimate, add the “production time” and “shipping time” together. All production time is calculated in business days. Production and shipping times may be affected due to holiday observances. Example: If you select 2 days for production and 4 days for ground shipping you will have your order in hand in 6 business days.

Your production time begins once your order is approved and paid. If processed by 4PM (PST) (7PM ET), production begins that day. If processed after 4PM (PST) (7PM ET), production begins the next day. Delay in payment and issues with files may affect your turnaround time.
