The rules were clear, the competition was motivating, the sense of team felt like home.”

But, one of the blessings of the pandemic was that, despite our physical isolation, as a restaurant community we came together in an unprecedented way. By the end of 2021, Great Maple was given the opportunity to expand. Persevering and thriving through the pandemic motivated Amanda to embrace her role as the “coach”, leading the team into the next phase, starting with being the first restaurant opening of its kind in Disneyland Resort.”
