- Review digital files: The preflight technician will review digital files, including artwork, images, and text, to ensure that they meet technical specifications and are suitable for printing or publishing.
- Check for errors: The preflight technician will check digital files for errors, such as missing fonts, low-resolution images, or incorrect color settings.
- Verify compliance: The preflight technician will verify compliance with brand guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as check for legal and copyright issues.
- Communication: Work with designers, account managers and customers to resolve any technical or quality issues.
- Layout files for production
- Knowledge of PSD, AI and In-Design programs.
- Preferred experience with any CRM software tools.

- Monitor assigned machine during operation to maintain proper registration.
- Ensure precise placement and alignment of designs.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate to the Supervisor when necessary.
- Monitor print quality and adjust as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide assistance in production as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area daily.
- Conduct quality control checks on received and finished work.
- Pack finished products accurately.
- Receive and move boxes within the production area, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs.
Prior Printing Experience is a MUST

- Monitor print quality and adjust as required.
