Notes Created: 02/13/2024 <h2>Production: DIGITAL Department</h2> All Obituary Booklets need to be followed the same common logic.Jobs are:- Always Rush- Always Low Quantity (max 500)- Always Low Pages (max 24) <h3>Size:</h3>90% of the times this project is Vertical 8.5\" X 11\" <h3>Page Count:</h3>The pages need to be in the division of 4. So the pages are 8, 12, 16, 20 and so on. Max pages are 24 pages. <h3>Turnaround:</h3>Those will always be rush. Obituary booklets are last minute because there is a loss in the family and they need to prepare the prints for the funeral. <h3>Files:</h3>Those booklets are priced a little higher considering the fact that we may have to fix them quickly. There is no time to go back to the client unless it's really unfixable. I expect those few small number of sheets fixed asap and prepare the proof.If it's spread, fix it quickly. If there is no bleed, we can just resize it here, just give it with 8.5\" x 11\" size. But the speed to make sure the files are ready is critital. Clients usually don't have time to go back and forth. They just want it done.The page count should be small, so just fix it.
