We print on high-thickness stock using offset or premium digital methods for accurate color and sharp detail. Cards are trimmed to exact tolerances, then edge-painted by hand or machine for smooth, consistent coverage. Since the best results are archived on thick cardstock, we commonly offer ultra thick cards on 28PT and 32PT thickness, which is 2 sheets mirrored by an automatic machine. Foil and laminations are applied with controlled heat and pressure to maintain a flawless finish.
