Production & Printing Process
After artwork is submitted, the order is reviewed based on the selected material, shape, dimensions, printed sides, quantity, and any numbering or customization requirements.
Artwork is prepared for the selected paddle format and printed directly onto 3/16-inch White Foam Board or 1/4-inch White PVC. Each piece is then cut to its finished standard or custom shape. For double-sided orders, artwork is produced according to whether the same or different designs are requested on each side. When sequential numbering is included, the numbering sequence and placement are reviewed before production.
The paddle signs are printed on our flatbed UV machines, that offers top quality color output and durable finishes. Next we move the printed sheets to a CNC router machine to cut them to shape. Finished custom paddle signs are inspected for print quality, cutting accuracy, artwork placement, numbering, and quantity before packing.
