Finished Size

Short-Run & Bulk Display Box Printing

Production & Printing Process
1. Dieline & Structural Review
The display dimensions, product arrangement, paperboard thickness, folds, openings, and assembly method are reviewed. When necessary, a blank structural mockup is produced to confirm fit and functionality.
2. Artwork & Online Proof
Artwork is positioned on the approved dieline and reviewed for bleed, safety margins, folding areas, glue zones, image quality, and print readiness. An online proof is supplied for approval.
3. Sample & Final Approval
For projects requiring physical confirmation, a finished sample can be produced to evaluate color, coating, finishing, product fit, and overall presentation.
4. Printing, Cutting & Finishing
After approval, the displays are printed, coated or laminated, die-cut, scored, stripped, glued, and inspected for color consistency, structural accuracy, and clean assembly. Selected projects can then be enhanced with Scodix Raised Spot UV, Raised Foil, or a combination of both effects.
