Production: In-House Large Format

Coroplast Signs are printed in house with our flatbed machine. It's a very affordable way to print signs and used a lot for yard signs. The material is good for 2 sided printing.

It's good for outdoor use. About 1 year life.

Coroplast has a direction! It's very important to keep in mind, especially when we are using H-Stakes to hold them.

Template: #192

Resolution: 150 DPI for print files, 72 for proof files.

Bleed: Yes, 0.25\\", all around. So if the finished job is 24\\"x36\\", we need the artwork 24.25\\" x 36.25\\"

Files: Bleed added, cut file must be in the print-ready file, HIDDEN. If the file is too large, make is half the size proportionally. Production will scale it.

If the job has white support, add a new layer \\"WHITE SUPPORT\\" and make it 1 color Magenta. Still in the same file.

Grommets or Drill Holes: Use the Grommet Script to Add them \\"NonBanner-Grommets\\". Make the layer HIDDEN. The proof needs to have the grommets. If the file is large, we need to enlarge the grommets to show the position. ESPECIALLY on Custom Grommet Option.

Naming Files: ProjectName-Front, ProjectName-E1036857-Front. Don't use and special characters like $, \\", & and so on.

File Size: 50MB and up is too much. This will slow down our work. You may need to flatten it, but keep the cut and white support files vector.

Oversize: If the jobs is larger than 4ftx8ft, we need to let the client know that it will be made of more than 1 piece. (we are talking about panels. If it's cut individual letters this should not matter)

It will be a good idea to talk to them and see if they want to seem in the middle or based on the artwork we can move it to a better place so it's not noticable.
